Safety Champion Award

Based on the challenging nature of our working environment, Comin Khmere has developed a safety culture and policy with clear objectives: zero accident, and reduction of the number of injuries to an absolute minimum level.

Our policy enforces full compliance with the governmental laws, regulation and industry recognized standards.

In order to uphold this culture and keep the policy alive, Comin Khmere encourage all the staff members by awarding those who strictly follows the safety standards of the sites and the company. In addition, the award is given once every three months.

The staff selection process for the award is first recommended by the safety officer, following with the evaluation from the site supervisor or project manager. This is so because the company wants the program to be fair, just, and encouraging.
